It seems that Erik and Bob have given you the info you need. I'm surprised that NavigateComplete2 is not working for you. It seems to work fine in my app, even when the web browser control is not visible.

>Yes, I set the visible property true just prior to firing the navigate method. The control is actually on a container on the form. I tried the NavigateComplete2 event as well but no luck. Guess I'll try it when placed directly on a form.
