The colors of the window's title bar is global and set by the "Appearance" tab of the Display Properties dialog. In other, AFAIK, you can change the color. How about the caption of the Command window? The following code requires that Foxtools be loaded before execution:

lnwhandle = _WFindTitl("Command")
= _WSetTitle(lnwhandle, "My Command Caption")
