I believe it is buried in one of the folders on one of the Visual Studio Cd's. Can't remember which one. You can place the CD in, then right-click the root, select "Find", then type in "imagedit.*" for files/folders to find, and let it locate it for you. I think there was a thread on this a week or two ago and someone else may know the CD/Folder and chime in.
