I'm working with a 'functionally' converted 2.6 app in VFP6. I've caught most of the glitches, but I need help with this one:

When I have several forms (window type 2) up in what we used to call the screen, I cannot move from one form to another by clicking the title bar. If I click in the body of the window, everything works normally. The minimize and close buttons at the top right of the bar work as expected (the maximize button is grayed out, as it should be on a fixed-size form). The button under the icon in the top left brings up the Windows menu. But the title bar itself is dead.

What do I need to set where to make these title bars work like every other title bar in the known world? Or is this a feature?
