you can leave out of the .exe file the reports for example (but you have to supply them appart form the .exe). This will reduce your .exe. Another thing may be: look into your classes and see if there is something that is not needed, classes make .exe's muchh bigger.
Look at your Help file that there may be some others types of file you can live out too.
