I have started two already, this one and the one on the lower left frame icons. I think the other thread was the impetus to get the default refresh rate changed to 100, but there was no real discussion about the faster alternative to using text links instead of the bandwith hog images. That frame causes about 10k bytes worth of raw data transfer on every refresh, that's about 10 times more bytes that are needed.
