After seeing a dual Xeon SuperMicro motherboard that used Intel's I2O chipset with 2GB memory, NT AS, and a RAID array using 6 Quantum drives on a pair of Adaptec's U2W HAs with a RAIDPort III hardware raid extender beat some data into submission last week, no doubt. The right hardware, plenty of RAM, and a tiny bit of tuning to keep VFP from hitting the swapfile makes all the difference in the world!
