Do you think, it's possible to separate skill from personality. It's really not. Ultimately, the personality will come first.
In regard to some grammar problem, you know that English is not my native language so your notice is well received.
Again, it's nothing to clarify here. You're simply not in position on this forum to demand from me, or from someone else, any clarifications.
Next time, if you still continue I will give you the advice.
