You are incorrect here on two fronts.

One, if a database design includes a data validation table for a given property of an entity then to allow a value in the entity that is not contained in the lookup file is a violation of the database design.

One is the name calling that has not been directed at you at all but seems readily visible in your responses. In this thread it is you who doing the name calling.
