When you distribute an app that uses ActiveX controls, be sure to distribute the controls also and have them properly registrated during setup. In this case you probably need COMCTL32.OCX.
To save you manually on the problem machine, copy this OCX to the system directory (system 32 in NT4) and register it ( REGSRV32
).
