You can customize Print Preview toolbar with a Page Setup button. The toolbar will be saved in FOXUSER.DBF. If you then distribute the FOXUSER.* files with your application, the enduser will get the customized toolbar.

This is a bug in VFP 5.0. It was fixed in a Service Pack. You can download it from the VFP web site.
