There is a section in the Tutorial Part of the manual called Updating Table Structures (Page 36 in my version.).

Also, look at page 124 which documents the Update() method and page 102 for the NeedUpdate() function.

PS: I didn't mean to be short with you, it's just that when I see someone in a Third Party Section ask about something that is clearly documented it usually means that they don't OWN a copy.
