I'm used to work with TABLEUPDATE() with foxpro tables, and it returns false when another user has changed (meanwhile) any field of the record i'm working on (working with buffering). The problem is i can't get sure of the same process when trying to update a remote view, that is connected to SQL Server. TABLEUPDATE() always returns me a false value, even when i'm working alone. The only way to actually save my data, is usind TABLEUPDATE(.t., .t.)!!! Any idea why?
