YOu just need to make sure that it is open when the app is compiled. The tricky part is getting it back if the user ever closes it. To do this, you have have to distribute a Foxuser.dbf file with the Report Controls record set to ReadOnly. If you open your foxuser file, and browser around a minute, it won't take you long to figure out how to find the record that corresponds to the Report Controls Toolbar. Once you find it, just set the value for the readonly field to .T. (after you have made the toolbar visible at design time), and you're done.
