Actually, if you're talking about MSCOMM32, there are no included transfer protocols - in fact, MSCOMM32 has no concept of a file, providing low-level access to the port. Having written Zmodem transfers before, I'd hesitate to try it in VFP.

I'd be more inclined to not have VFP handle the transfer at all, relying on a tool like DSZ that could be launched and controlled from the command line or a script file. Of course, I'm wierd - I think using the right tool for the job makes sense...
