So that we can use a cursor inside our framework which relies on buffering.
It seems to be a bug in VFP (6) that you cannot perform the command on cursors, when it is quite happy to let you ZAP a cursor inside a transaction - I mean, its not like the Transaction actually saves anything for the cursor!
