Hi Bill,
This is a known problem. Here is the info for the tech document on the Novell site to fix this. There is also a change that you can make to the code that deletes temp files in sysmult.prg but I can't find my notes on that right now.

ABSTRACT:
This file fixes a problem where a space would act as a wild card when
performing a delete command.
>I am trying to run SBT's software - it's DOS version 8, under WIN98. I'm using Foxpro DOS 2.5. The program is installed on a Netware 4.x server. Here's my scenario/problem;
>
>I start the program (VP.BAT) and everything works fine. I exit.
>
>I start the program again and I get an error message stating that the SYSDATA.DBF (and other files) is missing. I check Netware and find the file was deleted by me (when I ran the program the first time), though I didn't touch them. I am able to retrieve the files using Novell's FILER utility, but this needs to be fixed.
