Is it one form, or is it across the whole app? I've had problems with forms where I've made multiple edits. Particularly adding and deleted objects. If you've exhausted all other options, there's one thing that I've done more than a few times. Rebuild the form. It's kind of a pain, but it usually is a good last-resort fix. I make a backup copy of the form and cut and paste all the objects and labels and then add each object manually. I use the class browser to create a text file and then cut and paste my methods to the newly created form. A simple form can be rebuilt in about an hour. The longest it's ever taken me is an afternoon (4-6)

Just an idea.
