Hello!

Thanks for reading this.

We are currently using pcAnywhere 9.01 from Symantec for remote technical support. It served us far better in its DOS version than it does now.

Some basic problems we are encountering are the following:

1- No remote printing anymore.
We used to be able to log to the remote site and print our error
reports on our local printer.

2- Keyboard incompatibilities.
Some Ctrl+ and Alt+ keystrokes are now ignored.

3- Mouse incompatibilities.
Often the mouse stops working when we drop to a DOS window at the
remote site. Not always, however.

Are you using something different for remote support?
If so, is it meeting your needs?
Can you send remote reports to your local printer?
Does it support remote DOS windows and Ctrl+ and Alt+ keystrokes?
Will the mouse work in DOS windows as well as WinNT or Win98?

Thanks for any help
