Thanks for the additional input. I did something like that this morning and
discovered that the HP 4 Plus driver provided those setup options.
What got me started down the wrong path is that the actual model printer
involved is the HP LaserJet 4M Plus and the specific driver for that printer
does *not* offer the duplex setup options. I have now tested the application
using the HP LaserJet 4 Plus driver and it works fine.
