Hi Phyllis,
Including the ODBC drivers in the setup will install the drivers on the target machine, but not set up the ODBC datasource for the application. Does your utility use an ODBC connection to a database? If so, there's your problem. Ensure the datasource name is set up under ODBC on the target machine.
