The Mastering Visual FoxPro series (it was issued for VFP 3.0 and there was an "update" for version 5.0) is outstanding, IMHO. It is a rare terrific example of good Computer Based Training, in a sea of garbage.
There are also two or three video tape series by VFP gurus.
And, of course, you've got the Hentzenwerke books....Fundamentals for 6.0 has just been finished and is available as a .chm file...and presumably shipping in its molecular form shortly.
