You can set this with the Tools/Options/File Locations dialog - the Help File location is set via the (how unusual!) setting for Help FIle in the list box. This value is stored in the registry under HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\VisualFoxPro\6.0\Options in the registry value HelpTo if you want to mainpulate it programmatically.
