Why the Shell would you ever want to have a system without IE on it? < BEG >

Shell.Application can be present without IE being installed, but part of its functionality would not be available (for one thing, the Windows collection will always be empty!) Even if IE is present on the system, you can't use the InternetExplorer.Application automation model to control the NetScrape browser's sessions.
