J,
I am sorry but I got to disagree when you recommend Keyston tapes...I have been subjected to learning multiple programming enviroments and the when the powers that be said I had to learn lotus note(hell had froze over) they decided to fork out the dough for training videos rather then just throw me a book and a dealine! Well to keep a long story short the keystone videos were blan badly edited(the guy would mistype syntax in his script the screen would flicker the POOF his code would be right. Now I would be a fool to call them trash after only one video...but i have also seen their Office videos I was not impressed. So to wrap up if you got money to spend on training do not do it with keystone!!
