I would also suggest Rick's book, but also take a look at the Wrox press books for Professional ASP, XML IE5, etc. Also, read up on IIS & MTS and how to implement. You might want to try to setup an Intranet site local to your company for testing possible solutions before you jump to the web.
Did you create COM components for your VFP application? If so, you can reuse those through ASP pages. If not, you may want to start by creating a report object and implement it in MTS and begin developing/testing your output options for HTML.

Another thought is to use a thin-client solution and publish your VFP application as is. MS Terminal Server is to be included with W2000.
