Actually, it seems quite easy. I'm inserting, update, deleting, etc things in sql workstation already. As long as a person has a little knowledge of sql ... it is real easy.

I must give must thanks to all the people that wrote articles out in INet land. Their sharing of their knowledge really helped jump start my learning of client-server.

MS has also done an excellant job of implementing a fairly user friendly interface for sql server and a great automatic setup of it. Comparing it to connecting our AS400 to users pc's, it much much easier. (Gosh ... I've actually complemented MS.)

I still have to try creating stored procedures in SQL Server. But that seems as straight forward as in VFP. (I'll find out.)

MS SQL Server manuals are great!!! It provides info for beginners like me and I presume for advanced users since much of the manuals I don't have a clue what it is talking about. <g>
