I ran some quick tests to prove your comments regarding scoping of the datasession.

1. I set made the class containing my SetEnvironment method a sub class of the form. I then called the SetEnvironment method from the Load Event. Result - All the "TALK" stuff was gone.

2. I called the SetEnvironment method as a member of a different object. Result- Talking going on all over the place.

This leads me to another question ? If I am in a Private Data Session- can I reference the tables in an outside proc or method?
