I've seen an ad for Keystone that said the trainer is Dave Anderson. When I took an AppDev VFP class several years ago, he was the trainer, and a very good one. He listed working at MS on the VFP 5 team on his resume. This doesn't necessarily mean I would recommend the tapes, as I've never been impressed with Keystone.

On the other hand I have watched parts of the AppDev tapes, and seen Jim live, and you can't go wrong with listening to him. And AppDev makes professional looking tapes.
