I don't think that a book written just for me would help< g >.
Now if you want a serious answer on this...What really should be worked on is a book directed to the Win2K API (and implementation of applications on that platform). I got my print copy of the "MSDN News" yesterday, and there was a lengthy article on development (and compatibility) on that platform. There might be some folks who get a tad upset when all of a sudden apps that installed and ran on Win 9x won't even install on Win2K.
One good thing of note, MS has really taken steps to get rid of "DLL Hell". I don't know if the article is available on-line. If it is, maybe someone will be kind enough to post the URL.
