Ugh. Nothing is jumping out at me, with one, probably unrelated, exception: Column11, if the control source is a date type, doesn't need or want the Format or InputMask you have set.

Are payment.recert_date and payment.act_termdate date type fields?
Are you using a framework?
What version of VFP are you using? If 6.0 have you applied service pack 3?

>Column 10 and 11 are the ones having the problems.
