You're trying to instantiate an ActiveX Control that is not present on the system; it's likely that it's being instantiated by GUID, so that while the ProgID or VersionIndependentProgID may be present on the system, the actual control being referenced is not. You need to have your application install the necessary control provider in the correct version used by your application on each target system; you can't safely depend on the contrl version you want to use being installed and registered on the system unless you do so.

It's a reference in the affected .SCX file, telling you that VFP was unable to load the OLEControl. The SCX file is just a .DBF variant.
