John SQL-Anywhere is the Sybase product, right? You should be able to connect to it via ODBC. This will make the SQL-Anywhere tables "look" like FoxPro tables as far as FoxPro is concerned and you can copy them to new .DBF files or query against them with SQL commands.
One thing to watch out for are the data type conversions. You may find, for example that SQL=Anywhere dates convert to FoxPro character data, and things like that.
