To read the Oracle data directly from Fox you would need the Connectivity Kit which has the FPSQL Library. That will allow you to make SQL calls to your database through ODBC.

Otherwise, especially if you're only doing it once or twice, you could use ISQLW to output an ASCII file and import that into Fox.
