Hi Jacky,

Under the Project menu, select Project Info (or just press [Ctrl]+[J]). Make sure that the Project tab is selected on the tabbed dialog that appears. There's a command button that allows you to specify the icon file. Note: the icon file should contain both 32x32 and 16x16 icons in order for the icon to appear in the Windows Explorer.
