>I thought I heard somewhere that people were creating COM objects based on this class. You get a very lightweight class that creates it own datasession on instantiation. The downside is there is no visual designer for the Session Class, so you have to do it all in code. I've never tried it, but it sounds interesting.

If you want a visible class to use I belive the 'line' class is the most lightweight visual class. In the init of the 'line' class you can instantiated a SessionClass... This will give you your private session... although I don't know if the two classes combined are lighter weight than a form would be... but, I suspect that they are.
On the Wiki someone posted how much memory each base class takes up.
