Since it's running Win95 and not 98, the OLEPro and OLEAut files are probably out of date, especially if you didn't install the program with the setup wizard, but just copied the VFP6r.DLL. Make sure you run a full install, and as an extreme measure, I've even had the client update to IE5, which always includes the latest everything MS has to offer. Believe it or not is has fixed bizarre library problems every time.
