Trying to run the sample ADOCtl.exe downloaded from MSFT.
I am getting an error #1429 "cannot connect to server"

My client machine's name is "Server" and the server's name is "Dual" and Dual's running NT 4.0 and Sql Server 7.

I think that I am messing up on the DSN. Instructions say to "create a system data souce name on the Internet Information Server that points to a SQL Server." How should I be doing that?
