Ever had that problem where suddenly the Tab key starts acting like Alt+Tab? Where pressing the Tab key suddenly toggles between applications? It appears to have something to do with IE.

You can use VFP6 to solve this problem. If you are in VFP6, quit. Now, re-run VFP and run any old EXE compiled application. Quit the app. Now, if required, quit VFP.

Problem goes away 99% of the time.

Weird, and I have no idea why it works, but it beats rebooting.
