Actually, the second modal form works on the original tables - I'm only passing it a value from the cursor for reference. You're idea made me double-check that I was using the default data session for both forms, tho. They are, so I'm still stuck.

It's difficult to say for sure whether the problem occurs when the user does not open the second modal form. Although the problem has happened 2-3 times for the user, I have not yet been able to reproduce it.

If you have any other thoughts....
