I need to transfer focus to a grid's control from command button's valid with this code:

Thisform.grdMember.ActivateCell(1, 3)
Thisform.grdMember.Columns(3).Controls(2).SetFocus

I expected this works ok but it didn't? Will somebody help! What's the usual way to this thing?
