My new ordering combo-grid uses the +/- and users like it.

I got the ordering code ideas from Lisa Slater-Nicholls' presentation in Frankfurt 1995. I got the combo-grid from a MS knowledgebase article.

All I did was roll those ideas into what the users asked for ;-)
