Quick and dirty: Make sure your group footer will always fill the page. Put your signature line on the PAGE footer. First page will have detail, group footer and signature lines. If there are 'extra' lines, they'll print on a second page (along with the signature page footer) which can be discarded. You can also play with the 'PRINT WHEN' for the group footer lines and for the signature line, so they only print if the page # is 1.
