The page footer will put your total at a precise point above the bottom of the page. The Group Footer will put it a specific distance under the last detail item. Does this help?

>I want to print a total of item after my detail band in the report designer in Vfp 6. My detal band can be 1 item long or 13 item max. if i put my total in the page footer it move with the lenght of the detail band. I have to print my report on a pre-printed sales form. an put the information in the good place.
