Wild guess: a while back, one of my reports printed correctly when I printed it. When two other users tried, it looked right in the preview but fields were missing from page two of each pair of pages when it was sent to printer. The problem was noticed about the time of a network crash. Restoring their WIN NT 4.0 user profiles from backup solved the problem.
