The only "gotcha" I can think of is that the BoundTo property for Comboboxes is different between 3 and 5/6 but I don't have 3 installed so I don't remember what the difference is.
Besides that, 5 and 6 offer much, much faster object instanciation and string manipulation. Plus, memory management is much improved, apparently. Therefore, an app with a lot of controls and forms should run a lot faster.
