>>Georgetown is safe enough and nice enough to be a desirable location. That's why it's so expensive. Getting there can be a real bother if you live way out in Gaithersburg. However, if they can't find someone, the reason might be the strength of the Washington area job market. After all, if I can get a job doing FoxPro...:)
