I've been working on a textbox search class. Basically, it allows you to click on it, type in your search, and executes the search. What I think makes this interesting is that you only need a single textbox to both display your data and search for it. So, when you are typing in your search you are not modifying the field the textbox is bound to. I thought this would be usefull because you could easily enable field to be searchable without taking up extra room with a specific search textbox set aside for each field you want to search on. Well, anyway, just sharing my ideas. Has anyone done something similar or solved it in a better way?
If anyone is interested in more specific info on how I achieved this, let me know and I'll go into the details.
