I just got one this week (teamed-up on it with another consultant) that some other now-fired consultant certified a year ago as compliant. He obviously didn't even test it or look at the code. Lots of problems.

And just wait until January, when all the small-business owners who decided to "wait and see what breaks" start into big-time panic. Should be interesting.
