You said that right! It's now two days later and I'm neck-deep in frustration and sinking fast!

Not a chance. The telco people have no idea what an IP address is, the red-tape and finger-pointing from one department to another is rampant, and I'm not getting much else done except for answering UT messages, staying on the phone with so far 6 different people at the telco, and babysitting the field installers (WHO ARE ONSITE AT THIS MOMENT) to make sure they don't slip out the back door.
